Diversity Talk with UDA

On 12 September 2019, "Diversity Talk with UDA", an awareness-raising event sponsored by the UDA, was held at Sony, a member of the Pride House Tokyo 2019 "Safe Spaces" team. Under the theme of places where people can feel safe, the event featured a keynote lecture by Robert Campbell and a panel discussion between the UDA and company representatives, and was attended by around 400 people from companies, universities and other organisations.
For an account of the day, please see Sony's website.

The UDA has compiled the results of the questionnaire conducted at the venue.
Asked how satisfied they were with the event, more than 80% of respondents answered "satisfied" for both the first part, Robert Campbell's keynote lecture, and the second part, the panel discussion.
Respondents also offered a wide range of opinions on what they expect from universities, the UDA and companies in future. Some of these can be read in the report below (in Japanese).
