UDA Symposium "Universities and Sexual Minorities" announced

This event has taken place; the registration links below are no longer active.

Our symposium for the 2020 academic year will be held online (Zoom webinar) on Friday 11 December 2020 from 19:00 to 21:00. This year's symposium is co-hosted with the Pride House Tokyo Consortium.

Under the title "Universities and Sexual Minorities: What can universities do, and what is asked of them?", the symposium brings together speakers from a range of positions to discuss what universities can do, and what is being asked of them, to create campuses where sexual-minority (LGBTQ) students can live their student lives with peace of mind, drawing on the latest survey findings on support systems and environments for LGBTQ students, and to share directions for the future.
